I forget the full story behind this show, but it had something to do with Dick Clark choosing the 10 best unsigned bands in NYC – during the CMJ festival. Unfortunately, Earl Pickens and The Black Mountain Marauders were not chosen. That's why Eric Hoffman (Joe Horseman) asked me to design some flyers with the headlines "The 11th Band!" and "F*ck Dick Clark!""New York Woman"
