Billy Kelly started the new year by releasing his fourth album, AGAIN!!! "Again" is an apt title because, once again, Billy proves he's funny, witty and can sure craft a catchy tune. And he once again included a cover song on an album – Electric Light Orchestra's "Mr. Blue Sky". (Billy has also covered Talking Heads "Don't Worry About The Government", and b52's "Rock Lobster".)
